Delete your account

01Delete in the app

1. Open Olune and tap Profile.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete my account.
3. Tap Delete, then confirm with Delete forever.

Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone. The app then starts fresh, as if newly installed. This works for every account, including one you never added an email to.

02Delete by email

No longer have the app? Email support@joinolune.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Olune account”. We confirm it is your account, delete it, and reply when it is done, usually within 7 days. If you never added an email address, delete in the app, because we cannot otherwise confirm the account is yours.

03What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in: the account ID, and the email address or Sign in with Apple details linked to it.
• Your profile: display name, @handle and profile settings.
• Your saved looks, with the prompts that made them.
• Your fit and style settings: body type, height, sizes, budget and preferences.

04What is not removed automatically

• Photos on your phone. Olune keeps your selfies in its own storage on your phone. Delete the app after deleting your account to remove them.
• Look image files. The images themselves are hosted by our AI provider, fal.ai, at unlisted links. Deleting your account removes our record of those links.
• Your profile photo file, if you set one. Email us and we will remove it.
• Operational records linked to a random account ID rather than your name or email: usage records used for limits and billing, shopping activity, and notification records. Email us and we will delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which they keep under their own terms.

05Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an Olune Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your iPhone’s Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, or in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.
